What We Do

Four ways in.

Every service Meridian & Co offers is rooted in the same principle: the gap is structural. We work at the level of culture, systems, community, and career.

01

Organizational Consulting

Engagements from $4,500

What it is

A structured engagement for mission-driven organizations that want to close the gap between their stated values and the daily experience of their diverse workforce. We audit, we diagnose, we design.

What you get

  • Culture audit — interviews, data review, and structural assessment
  • Retention strategy tailored to your organization's specific failure points
  • Structural design recommendations for roles, processes, and leadership
  • A 90-day implementation roadmap with milestones and accountability
  • Optional quarterly check-ins and team facilitation

Who it's for

Nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and social-sector organizations that are losing diverse women to burnout, invisibility, or disillusionment — and want to understand exactly why.

02

Culture & Retention Consulting

$2,500 — $5,000 / Month
Structural Design

The premise

Culture is what happens when the leader leaves the room. You cannot change it with training. You can only change it by redesigning the incentive structures, decision rights, and systems that produce it.

Who this is for

  • Organizations losing high-performing women at a rate they cannot explain
  • Teams where the stated values and the daily reality are two different documents
  • Leaders who know something is wrong but cannot see it because they are inside it
  • Organizations preparing for significant growth, merger, or leadership transition

What we do

Monthly engagement with a combination of observation, structured interviews, system analysis, and structural recommendations. Not a workshop series. An ongoing partnership with measurable outcomes.

03

The Gathering

Free in Year One · Application only

What it is

Six women. One central question. Two hours. A room designed for the real conversation — not the one you have at conferences, but the one you've been needing to have.

The format

  • Six seats per cohort — selected by application
  • One facilitated question anchors the full two hours
  • No agenda beyond honest conversation
  • No recording, no notes distributed, no social media
  • Free in Year One for every participant

Who should apply

Women who are building something, leading something, or on the edge of doing either. Women who have not yet found the room where they can tell the whole truth. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

04

From Mission to Market

Enrollment opening soon

What it is

A course for women leaving nonprofit, government, and social-sector work — helping them translate a decade of operational expertise into careers and consulting practices that finally pay what the work is worth.

What's covered

  • Translating mission-sector experience into private-sector language
  • Identifying your transferable expertise and its market value
  • Building a consulting offer from existing skills and relationships
  • Pricing, positioning, and the first client conversation
  • Community cohort for accountability and referral

Who it's for

Women with 5–15 years of experience in nonprofits, government, refugee services, education, or public health who are ready to take everything they know somewhere it pays them differently.

05

Meridian Foundation

Community · Peer support · No cost

What it is

A peer community and sustained support structure for refugee and asylee women navigating life after resettlement. Not a program. Not rescue. Recognition that these women are already resourceful — they need infrastructure, not intervention.

What it provides

  • Peer cohort model — women supporting women at the same stage
  • Access to workforce and career navigation resources
  • Community events, mentorship connections, and referrals
  • Advocacy and storytelling support for those who want to share their experience

The distinction

Resettlement ends on paper. The real work of rebuilding a life takes years. The Foundation exists in that gap — after the case is closed and before the woman has found her footing.

We do not coach women to survive broken systems.
We help rebuild the systems themselves.
