The Meridian Foundation exists in the gap between the close of a case and the beginning of a life. After the case manager signs off. After the 90 days. After the system has moved on. We do not move on. We stay in the room.
Women at the same stage of post-resettlement life, gathered into small groups that meet monthly. Not support groups. Peer networks. The distinction matters.
Access to career resources, credential translation support, interview preparation, and referrals to employment partners who understand the refugee workforce.
